What is Shamanism?

Shamanism is a spiritual practice that communes with the sacred through elevated states of consciousness, ritual and connection to spirit. By communing with spirit, shamanism eliminates the need for external sources for healing and instead enables each person to connect with the divine nature inside themselves.

Meet Cristhian Cadenas

I was born near the northern coast of Peru where my ancestors served as curanderos, the Spanish word for a traditional healer who works with the elements of the earth. Regardless of the proximity, we couldn’t have had more different lives. I was raised to be a devout Cristhian while they worked with the mystic.

But after serving in the U.S. military for 14 years, my own journey into pain and suffering led me back to my true nature: the sacred path of shamanism. Through the wisdom of spirit, I help others overcome their addictions, heal trauma and connect with their unique essence.
